Along with kiwi and blackcurrant, orange is one of the richest fruits in vitamin C. It is therefore recommended to drink at least 2 to 3 glasses of orange juice every week in the morning (100% natural not industrialized juices with 0% fruit content) to fill up with vitamin C, but also antioxidants.
Thanks to its good levels of antioxidants, including flavonoids, limonoids, carotenoids and a particular molecule, hesperitin, located in the white skin surrounding the fruit, orange helps slow cell aging.
